PBS is a dedicated office automation company, offering award winning Digital Imaging Equipment in both black and white and color as well as Pitney Bowes mailing systems. At PBS, we are always focused on meeting our customers equipment and business technology needs while increasing efficiencies and productivity with their office environments.
• Willing to learn about or knowledge of: copiers, printers, computers, computer networking, and IT systems.
• Emphasis on New Business Development, this is a hunter’s role and we a proven system in place that includes talk tracks, letters, emails, voicemails, and more.
• Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency.
• Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Effectively utilize provided technology to manage accounts ( CRM tool)
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as needed.
• Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports and prospect reports.
• Attend, actively participate in, and complete training seminars and sales meetings.
• Handle customer complaints in a seamless way.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• A basic understanding of computers, software, copiers
• Strong organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a high energy level
• Self-starter with motivation to constantly improve and meet long and short term goals
