Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and project-based activities in support of the sales and operations departments within our Whippany, New Jersey headquarters. Your ability to multi-task and support different parts of the organization as needed will be highly valued. As a problem solver and creative thinker, you will evaluate existing systems and processes and bring forward new ideas that result in greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively provide administrative support for multiple departments
  • Manage project related assignments in a timely, efficient manner
  • Communicate with clients to ensure needs are met to their highest satisfaction
  • Lease administration, management & analysis
  • Provide backup phone support (service dispatch, supply order, general inquires)

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma (associate degree or higher preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience providing administrative support, preferably in a technology environment
  • Contracts experience
  • Excellent MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
  • ES2 or eAutomate experience highly valued
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to detail even under pressure
